To place an order, you will be required to:

You will be sent an email confirming that your order has been received. If an item you have ordered is not available, we will contact you by email and will ask if you want a replacement or refund.

When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a tracking link via email. Once you receive this tracking link, you can check the delivery status of the shipment.
Sometimes items may run out of stock or become discontinued. Our website is constantly updated so please keep checking for the latest, updated content.
Marlin.pk believes that all our online shoppers are responsible shoppers and have strong support and interest in our fashion products. Therefore, despite the assurance of seven days’ delivery date, the delivery period is subjected to payment authorization, fraud screening, and the availability of stocks. - Which size should I choose?
All products are sold according to the sizing scheme used by the designer. As sizes vary between designers, we have provided each designer’s size chart.
- I received an incorrect item, what should I do?
Incorrect items can be returned to Marlin’s office, subjected to the item being returned must be in its original condition with the original tags and tickets.
- I receive an error while placing my order, what goes wrong?
Kindly do take a screenshot of the page where you experience the error, or copy the error message and send it to marlin’s official mail for further assistance.
